Melt Flow Index - Junior

Melt Flow Index - Junior
The melt flow rate of the polymers is one of the essential properties of the materials that will help the manufacturers in determining the rate at which it flows. This property of the material is important as it provides the necessary data on the mass flow rate of the polymer. Thus, to test the melt flow properties of the materials, we at Presto have recently designed a high-quality Melt Flow Index Junior model.

This highly versatile melt flow index tester model is a very accurate and reliable instrument for checking the melt flow properties of materials. The tester is easy to use and can be operated with great precision. It comes with a weighing balance and performs automatic cutting of samples.

The Melt Flow Index Tester Junior has been designed with highly advanced features that make it easy for manufacturers to conduct melt flow index tests on the materials.

With its wide range of capabilities, the melt flow index tester is an essential lab testing equipment for the polymer and plastic product testing industry. The melt flow Index of thermoplastic material is expressed in terms of grams per 10 min of extrudate of molten resins that flow through the heated cylindrical barrel.

This high-quality lab testing instrument has been designed as per industrial standards that include ASTM D 1238-1992, IS 2267-1972, IS 2530-1963, and IS 10810-1984. This will ensure accuracy in test results. With the use of this high-quality lab testing instrument, manufacturers of the polymer industry can identify potential processing problems and ensure that products meet performance requirements.
