It is used to produce skeins of yarn of a pre determined length and number of turns for count and/or strength testing. It comes complete with yarn package stand and pretension device, fitted with Digital Preset Counter for auto stop after set cycles. Special Magnetic brake motor stops at the exact count set on the counter to avoid extra round due to inertia.
