Presto’s Salt Fog & Spray Testing Chamber for Bangladesh is designed to measure the corrosion resistant property of materials and effects of environmental factors on the product before starting the process of manufacturing to produce high-quality goods. The instrument is designed as per the standard test methods to measure various properties of the material against corrosion under different climatic conditions. Presto manufactures three models of Salt Spray chambers namely, Korrox –III, CASS cum salt spray chamber and Eco model with customized specifications.

Presto design Salt Spray Chamber for Bangladesh with user-friendly features. The instrument is provided with touch screen control panel which helps to set the desired level of temperature easily. The chamber of the device is designed with double-walled fiber plastic which is duly fitted with glass wool insulation. This insulation provides shelter to the chamber from the corrosive environment so that the samples can be tested efficiently. The testing machine is provided with some standard accessories like a regulator, gauges, cyclic timer, air purging, time totalizer along with the racks to place the specimen.

• Presto’s salt spray chamber is provided with moisture cum oil filter air regulator which ranges from 0 to 30 psi.

• It has digitally programmable temperature controller cum indicator with PT 100 type sensor.
• The testing instrument is designed on the basis of following standards like ASTM B117 – 11, IS 5528, JIS Z 2371, and IS 6910 (R2003).
