Presto’s Salt Fog & Spray Testing Chamber for Bahrain is designed specifically to measure the rust resistant property of the metal products and other ferrous alloys and also to analyze the effect of environmental factors on the product before initiating the test procedure to manufacture high-quality goods. Presto design the machine keeping in mind certain standard test methods that are provided by standardization authorities to measure the properties of the metals against corrosion under different climatic conditions. Presto designs three models of Salt Spray chambers, i.e., Korrox –III, Eco model and CASS cum salt spray chamber with customized specifications.

The machine is designed with a touch panel which helps to set the required level of temperature efficiently. The cabinet of the device is constructed with double-walled fiber plastic with glass wool insulation inside which offers shelter to the chamber to maintain rust free environment so that the samples can be tested easily in a standardized manner. The testing machine is provided with some standard accessories like a regulator, cyclic timer, gauges, air purging, and time totalizer along with the racks.
