The sample of Kraft paper box is positioned between upper and lower clamps, which are tightened using the geared handle for proper grip. Later the increasing (hydraulic) pressure is applied on left side of the tester with the help of geared handle. When pressure is applied, diaphragm stretched or expanded till the sample of paper box ruptures. The actual value of bursting strength is determined which is measured in kg/cm2 and is displayed through the digital panel. The machine is economical, easy to use and provides the exact value of bursting strength.
