Presto's Hot Tack Tester is an extremely effective testing machine which is used to perform hot tack test and check heat seal performance of laminated films, plastic films, and other packaging products. It is also used to test the peel, tension strength of the items such as plastic films, laminated films, adhesive tapes, papers and other similar flexible products. It is the latest model with a touchscreen display for setting testing parameters easily.

The testing instrument HOT Teck tester – PRIMA Series is used to measure the HOT Tack performance of composite films, plastic films,  such as PP, PE. PET that are used in packaging different food products such as milk powder, instant noodle, food, washing powder, and drugs. It is also used to measure the heat seal performance of the plastic films, composite films, sheets and many more and to measure the peel strength of adhesives and adhesive tapes. The tensile strength of the films, composites and sheets can also be determined with the testing machine.

Apart from the mentioned applications, the testing instrument is used to measure the tensile strength, peel strength of medical adhesives, protection films, magnetic cards, opening force test of bottle caps and low-speed unwrapping test of adhesive tapes.
