Compressive Resistance Tester

Presto manufactures the high quality of compressive resistance tester to test the compression strength of corrugated boxes or cartons. This is mainly used by the plastic and packaging industries to test the compression strength of cartons, beehive crates, paper tanks, paper cases, and box compression strength. The maximum compressive strength of a box allows the manufacturers to produce the right quality of corrugated boxes that can tolerate the pressure at the time of transportation of goods.

While performing the testing procedure with compressive resistance tester, a sample of the corrugated box is placed on a flat platform and is then pressed down from the top with the help of another flat plate until the sample failed or damaged. The prior testing procedures with machine help in assuring the best strength and quality of products and protects the industries from the costly repair or replacement due to damage caused to the products. The instrument has user-friendly controls and its compact provided with a computer system. The compressive strength measurement of a box is based on storage techniques (e.g., stacking issue), size and dimensions of the box, and material properties.
