Magnamike 8600 – Thickness gauge in Bahrain is used to measure the wall thickness of PET bottles, preforms, and other ferrous alloys. The machine works on the basis of Hall Effect Technology. The testing machine measures the thickness of the bottle with the help of a ball and a magnetic probe. To perform the test procedure, place the ball inside the bottle and place a magnetic probe on the surface of the bottle from outside. The sensor which is present in the magnetic probe helps to measure the accurate difference between the ball and probe without deforming the shape and size of the bottle and displays the result on the screen.
