The latest invention is used mainly in manufacturing units producing plastic goods to automatically calculate the flow properties of plastic resins. It plays important role in determining the quality of materials and their flow rate automatically which is essential to compute MFI of plastic goods with quick and accurate results.

The Next generation model of the Melt flow tester provides automatic changeability of weights and sample cutting that ensure easy operation. The equipment consists of various standard accessories specifically, Piston, Sample cutter, Tweezers, Barrel cleaner, Mirror, Funnel, Plumb line, spoon,, spanner, orifice, material charger along with the Accessory stand. It is available in power coated paint to ensure corrosion resistance.The machine requires power consumption of single phase power of 230 V, 50 Hz.

How MFI – NXG model is different from MFI – Digital Model?

ü  It has a resolution of 0.1°C that provides accuracy of ± 0.1°C.

ü  It has a digital pre-settable timer extensible up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

ü  It provides automatic sample cutting.

ü  The equipment ensures easy operation and accuracy as it provides various weights changeability option. The weight can be of 1.2 kg, 2.16 kg, 3.8 kg and 21.6 kg.

ü  It is developed using standard accessories like Piston, Orifice, Spanner, Spoon, Funnel, Plumb Line, Mirror, Material charger, Barrel cleaner, Tweezers, Sample cutter, Orifice cleaner and Accessory stand.

ü  The body of the machine has powder coated paint finish that ensures corrosion resistant.

ü  It can be used on single phase power of 230 Volts and 50 Hz.
