A secure seal tester for glass bottles uses the cap and the neck of the bottle for optimum testing. Steps to conduct a secure seal test: 

 

Step-1: The first step is to prepare the sample. For this, you have to tightly secure the cap on the neck of the bottle and cut the bottle to its neck. The cap-secured neck is the only part used for sample testing. 

Step-2 Clamp the sample in the gripper, the gripper will hold the specimen in place while it is in the water. After placing the sample drop it in the water-filled tube and cover the lid. 

Step-3 After this calibrate the instrument through the HMI screen. Enter the values for air pressure and holding time. 

Step-4 At last start the test and look for bubbles. If you see bubbles then the product is faulty.
