Working of Presto bottle burst tester

• Take a filled/empty bottle that needs to be tested and place the bottle in the sample placement area and clamp the neck of the bottle using the clamps firmly.
• Switch ON the machine and the main indicator on the control panel will turn ON. Switch on the Mains; the main screen will appear.
• Slide your finger over the screen and made the necessary profile settings.
• Enter the product name, set test pressure not exceeding 18kg/cm2, and the desired test time through Set test time, then press on Menu and then on Test mode.
• Place the bottle in the clamping fixture of the Burst Tester and close the door.
• Click on Test Stop and then click on RUN, the test will start automatically, and the bottle will be subjected to the set pressure, and will hold for the set time.
• If the bottle standby by the set pressure and time as per the parameters set, the Result would Pass otherwise Fail, if pass the Alarm will on, and the buzzer raised.
• The pressure inside the bottle would be automatically released, after the Set Time, if the bottle bursts then you can stop the test manually using the stop button.
• Press on the historical record, on the main screen to see the previous results.
